Who we are
paybymobilecasino.uk is operated by its editor, Daniel Croft, who acts as the data controller for anything this notice covers. There is no separate corporate entity behind the site to name: questions, corrections and rights requests all go to the same place, the contact page.
What we collect
The site has no user accounts, no comment forms and sets no tracking cookies of its own. Visiting it does not build a profile of you anywhere on our side. Our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages, timestamps) for security and capacity purposes; logs are retained briefly and are not cross-referenced to identify individual visitors.
Lawful basis for processing
The only processing we do, server-side security logging, relies on legitimate interest under UK GDPR. Keeping the site available and detecting abuse is a proportionate reason to hold an IP address briefly, and it stops well short of anything that could identify or profile a reader.
Affiliate links and outbound cookies
Links to casino sites are affiliate links: the destination site may recognise that your visit originated here, typically via a referral parameter in the URL, and may set its own cookies once you land there, under its own privacy policy, not ours. We do not receive personal data about you back from those sites; commission reporting we see is aggregate and anonymous, a click count and a conversion, never a name or an account.
Your rights, and how to complain
Under UK GDPR you have the right to request access to, or deletion of, personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing you believe is unjustified. In practice we hold almost nothing beyond the transient server logs described above, so most requests resolve quickly. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact page. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, directly through its online complaint form.
Data retention and changes to this notice
Server logs are kept only as long as security and capacity monitoring require, then deleted; we do not archive them for analytics or marketing. Any material change to this notice will be dated here. Last updated: August 2026.
